Home > ALF and Mayo Liver Wellness & Nutrition Chat 2016

Is the Paleo Diet good for you?

Is milk thistle good for your liver?

I have fatty liver disease. What can I do to keep my liver healthy?

Chances are, if you have liver disease- or you're just concerned with your health- you've probably wondered what kinds of things you can do to take care of your liver.

With that in mind, we invite you to join us on Wednesday, September 21 at Noon EST as we co-host a Tweetchat with Mayo Clinic about liver wellness and nutrition.

To address frequent discussion topics and answer your questions, we've assembled a stellar group of experts, including several transplant hepatologists and a nutritionist. We're also devoting the last 15 minutes or so to questions from the audience, so make sure to have them ready to ask during the chat!

To join the chat, log in to Twitter (or sign up for an account- it only takes a few seconds) and use hashtag #liverchat to see the stream of conversation. Or, if you're already a Twitter user- or just signed up- we recommend going to Tweetchat, which is a free service that makes it extremely to follow or participate in the conversation!
*If you want to watch the discussion but don't want to join Twitter or don't have an account, simply go to and watch the conversation stream!*
New to Twitter Chats or just want a refresher on what to do? No problem- here's a how-to guide that will walk you through the steps.
